30–45 minutes a day. One focus per day. By Sunday you'll be more effective with AI than most people on your team.
Day 1 — Monday
Account setup & first prompt
Create your Claude account, set Custom Instructions with your job title and context, then send your first structured prompt using the Role → Task → Format template.

Use it on real work
Pick an actual task from today — an email, a document to summarize, a decision to think through. Don't practice on fake examples. Use your real work.

Set up your first Project
Create a Project for your main work context. Paste your team brief, recurring context, and tone preferences. Then have a full work session inside it.

Day 4 — Thursday
Practice the self-critique loop
Get an answer you're not thrilled with, then send the self-critique prompt to push Claude to improve it. Do this three times. Notice the pattern in what changes.

Build your first reusable prompt
Identify one task you do every single week. Build and save a prompt template for it. This will save you hours over the next year.

Explore a second tool
Try the same task in ChatGPT if you've been using Claude, or vice versa. Notice the differences — each has real strengths the other lacks.
